During New York City decision-makers' 2008 evaluation of the controversial proposed Willets Point Redevelopment, LoScalzo Media Design LLC recorded all public meetings and hearings in order be able to include portions in LoScalzo's proprietary Untitled Willets Point Historical Documentary program. Dissatisfied with how Queens Community Board 7 handled its evaluation of the Willets Point proposal, the Willets Point Industry and Realty Association licensed portions of the footage from LoScalzo Media Design LLC and commissioned it to produce this video, depicting decision-making at the community board. The video was distributed to down-stream decision-makers and elected officials.
